Erik Johnson has served on the EQUIP board since 2023. A seasoned finance and operations executive with 34 years of experience, he has held CFO roles in international apparel and accessories companies and led across accounting, financial management, manufacturing, distribution, strategic planning, and project management. He is currently Chief Financial Officer at World Vision, Inc., a global Christian humanitarian organization.

For more than two decades, Erik has faithfully volunteered in youth, men’s, and prayer ministries at his home church. He has also served as a board member of Journey's Counseling Ministry for nearly 30 years and has advised several small start-up Christian ministries.
