John Erickson - Board Member
John Erickson has served on EQUIP’s board since 2023. John is a Senior Technical Specialist at a national insurance company, where he manages complex commercial liability exposures. He brings years of experience in risk evaluation, strategic analysis, and professional judgment to his role, offering valuable insight into organizational oversight and stewardship.
In addition to his professional career, John has been an ordained pastor for 15 years. Since 2019, he has served as the lead pastor of New Life Foursquare Church in University Place, Washington. His ministry experience includes preaching, leadership development, pastoral care, and community engagement. John has also served on the board of a Christian soccer ministry, reflecting his long-standing commitment to faith-based outreach and discipleship.
John lives in University Place with his wife, Gina, and their four children - Gunnar, Jack, Joel, and Vivvi - as well as their four-year-old Labradoodle Cosmo.
