Kimberly Johnson has co-served on the EQUIP board since 2023. She is Chief of Marketing for Vacation Alchemy, a vacation home property management company based in Florida. She brings a strong background in marketing and sales, including previous roles with Senior.com and several consumer packaged goods companies. In the season of raising her three children, Kimberly invested deeply in community leadership – volunteering in Child Advocacy for the California PTA, and leading the PTA at Mission Hills Christian School. She has also served on the boards of Foothill Ranch Kids Foundation and Mission Hills Christian School.

Kimberly is passionate about healthy discipleship and is actively involved at Saddleback Church, where she leads within the Women’s Ministry, the Altar Prayer ministry, and the High School Ministry.

Erik and Kimberly have been married for 31 years and live in Lake Forest, California. They have three children – Riley, Kent, and Lindsey – and are active members of Saddleback Church.
